Charge 3 Heart Rate shows "No Measurements"

The band shows the current heart rate, but no resting heart rate. when i click to see details it shows "no measurements", no charts or data are given.

I use Samsung Note10+

 

I've tried clearing the cache, force stopping, uninstalling, reinstalling the app. nothing works
