A few days ago I noticed that my detailed sleep results were not coming in and my heart rate was showing about double and the battery was only lasting about a day instead of the usual week+. I tried a reset while plugged in today and since then, the lights stopped blinking and there is no heart rate reading at all now. Is there anything I can try to fix this?
Mine is doing the same thing! It started messing up on Saturday. It's very frustrating. It's telling me there's a firmware update now, which I was hoping would fix the problem, but the update keeps failing halfway through. It's extremely disappointing!!
Mine has done the same thing. This started last Sunday--no lights from the heart rate sensor. It has also had problems syncing for about a month. It is very frustrating, since I have had the device for less than a year. I have tried restarting it, but this has not changed anything.
Ditto here. On July 7 at 6am, Fitbit stopped tracking heart rate and sleep. LED on inside isn’t lit at all, HR turned on in Settings. Also battery now dies much faster 2-3 days instead of over a week. Have restarted several time, no dice.
