My Charge 3 like many others is reflecting my heart rate as too high. For the first few months I had it, it seemed normal. Then one day a few months ago it started to act "possessed" I saw others complain of this and updated the software. That "possession" eventually stopped however ever since then heart ratw records way too high in my opinion. Sitting on the couch doing nothing will show it as over 100 and up. Moderate exercise tends to show as 170. I compared to my charge 2. Charge 2 shows heart rates as lower as did my old chest heart rate monitor. I put on a blood pressure cuff which also measures heart rate. It and my charge 2 were in sync the charge 3 was much higher. I did this multiple times with the same result. Two nights ago I was a sleep for about 5 hours and woke up. My charge 3 did not record me as sleeping until after I went back to sleep again because it was recording my heart rate as high. How does this get fixed. I have seen many other posts about this marked as resolved and the issue was clearly not resolved as many people continue to complain about the same the same issue. I've updated software and rebooted. The battery on my charge 3 also runs out very very fast. It's supposed to have a longer battery life than the charge 2.it no longer does. I would like an actual fix.
