Hi everyone.
I currently have a high resting heart of around 90bpm. (Shocking I know) but my question is this - will a high resting heart cause the fitbit to think im burning more calories than I realistically am? It's 2:30pm, I've just working out for an hour qmd so far today I have 2012 calories.... how do I make this more accurate.
Many thanks
Aaron

@Azza1 It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with this. A high heart rate will affect the caloric burn calculated by your tracker still you could try setting your personalized heart rate zones by following these instructions. I do want to know that the Charge 3 isn't a medical device but I do hope it helps you keep an eye on your health.
Let me know how it goes.
