My Charge 3 has dark horizontal lines on the screen. This makes it hard for me to read the display. I've rebooted the screen several times and changed the display several times with no improvement. What do I do next? I've had the Charge 3 for less than a year.

I have the same problem and I've long rebooted several without improvement!

Is there a solution to the screen problem or do I need to replace it since I bought it on Feb 16, 2020?

Hi. I have the same problem too with lines on the screen. I have changed the clock face and also did the long reboot, no change. The strap is also snapped at the buckle, its only 6 months old🤨 I'm wondering how can I get a replacement? Thanks

Same problem. Have rebooted and restarted and plugged in and out etc. Very annoying. Saw elsewhere to change the clock face, did that too and no change. This all happened after I updated the charge 3 as it was coming up on my app when i sync-ed it with the fitbit.
