After the update black lines started showing up on my screen. Now my device shows 1% charge and in 2 minutes of Charging it shows 100%. Then once I remove it from the charging port, it switches off. I have tried doing all the recommended stuffs I saw in other comments to no avail. Please kindly roll me back to previous update or come up with a corrective update.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not holding its charge and showing lines on screen and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You don't mention which troubleshoots you have tried so I suggest you try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device to help with the screen issue and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
