Hi,
My Charge 3 seems to not keep reverting to a screen that shows DND and Sleep. It never stays on the time/main screen. Is there anyway to fix this? I tried rebooting with the charger and got the smiley face. But it seems to keep on doing this.

Thank you for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Charge 3 before contacting us.
In addition to the regular restart, you can perform a long restart:
- Connect the device to the charging cable.
- While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
- The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
- The device turns off.
- The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
- Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
- Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.
Whether the above doesn't help, you can change the clock face.

Thank you for your reply. It vibrated 3 times and then the smiley face came on. I kept on holding on to the button but now it seems like it is not coming back out. It doesn't respond when I don't have it on the charging cable. Once I connect to the charging cable then it comes on.

My Charge 3 is acting the same way, plus flashing/skipping between clock face and the DND SLEEP face when not solely on the DND SLEEP face.
