Charge 3 Minutes in Cardio Zone only counting as one active minute

My problem is pretty simple and I have no idea what to do about it. I'm pretty sure minutes in cardio and peak zones are supposed to count as two active minutes, but any minute of exercise, no matter how intense, is only counted as one active minute in my device. Yesterday, I went on a bike ride. My app says I spent 1 minute in the peak zone, 24 minutes in cardio zone, and 2 minutes in fat burn zone, and yet that only added 24 active minutes to my day? It's pretty annoying, any help I could get would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Hello @FitnessPeter. Welcome to the community forums. @JohnnyRow Nice to see you around and thanks for your input.

I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the detailed information. Adding to @JohnnyRow's post, I'd like to let you know that your Charge 3 doesn't count active zone minutes but active minutes. So, this rule doesn't apply for your Charge 3 > you earn 2 Active Zone Minutes for each minute you’re in the cardio or peak zones

As mentioned on the link above, your Charge 3 earns active minutes through 10 minutes or more of continuous moderate-to-intense activity.

You are confusing Active Minutes and Zone Minutes.

See What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
