I purchased my first smart watch a fee years back when the Charge 2 came out. I loved it. After wearing a few years one day i had it on and it got submerged in water while on vacation. And since this wasn't water proof it was damage. At the time I was glad to find out the Charge 3 had just came out and was waterproof so I went and got one. Loved it at first. Just like the charge 2 but better until a few months later and the screen starting going black. I figured out early on that I could go in and change the clock face and most of the time it would start working. Other times I had to do a factory reset. So at least once a month for the last few years I've had to do this. Fitbit has never fixed the problem! This is an issue that everyone has and yet you don't fix it. Now that the charge 4 had been released and never fixed the charge 3 why would I buy another. I can't believe that they have never fixed the problem or at least offered a discount or something for getting screwed for buying the charge 3. That's why this was the last Fitbit I'll ever buy. I'm done resetting it and will be purchasing something else. Expected better service form Fitbit.

It's amazing all the post in the forum with the same issue and only thing they came up with is factory reset or change the clock face. Sad... Definitely lost a customer due to this. Plenty of other options
