Charge 3 Not holding charge

I have do e this for the 5th time today. Charge my Charge 3 to 100% and within hour it is no response dead. HELP! What can I do to fix this?

Have you tried restarting your Charge 3? I’d give that a try to see if it helps if you haven’t already. Just press and hold the button on your Charge 3 and release the button when you see a smile icon and the Charge 3 vibrates. 
😉 Hopefully that repairs the problem. Please let me know

I press button but no smile - have tried all suggestions still discharging over 24 hours
