Hi all,
Up until today, I've had no problems with my Charge 3, and now all of a sudden it won't receive text message notifications. Everything is still set up to receive notifications, as I can still receive Emails, WhatsApp and phone calls, I have impaired on Bluetooth and also tried rebooting like all the guides say, but no success.
Can someone please help?

Yeah guys, your not doing anything wrong. It's the Fitbit app, or firmware/ software, in my opinion, I don't believe it's any kind of compatibility issue, because if it was then I wouldn't be getting any kind of notifications from any apps from my phone. (I'm still not receiving any text messages. All others I can get notifications from) It's suppose to work. Hopefully they will be pushing out an update in the very, very near future.

Me too. My daughter called Samsung Support and then she walked me through
it instantly.
Go to the Fitbit App. Tap your Profile in the upper left corner of the
screen. Tap your device. Scroll down to General and the Notifications. Then hit Texts. Messages needs to be selected.
Hope this helps!

I still get phone call notifications, just not text, and the settings are set up properly as I haven't changed anything in the last year and the problem only started in the last week.
I agree with the answers above, it appears it's a Fitbit problem they will need to resolve.

Totally agree, Fitbit should've sent out a notice letting us users know about this situation. And that they were doing something about it.

I have a Huawei phone and I have to keep restarting it to get the notifications to keep working. It's annoying as I have to go in the app to find out it needs a restart.

My messages and call notifications haven’t been working for months on my iPhone.
I’ve finally just logged it with Fitbit. I rely on these during work hours to either attend to text messages or calls. I wonder if they’ll just continue to say they’re working on it???

Thank you, I can't tell you how many hours I've devoted to trying to solve this problem myself with rebooting, reinstalling and what not! Happy to know it's not just me! Thank you for the information!
