My Charge 3 is not recording my sleep activity at all any more (it was doing 1-3 hours, but nothing now), my hourly activities are recorded on the actual Charge device but does not sync correct hours with the app, and my Activity Minutes record on my device for the 10 or 11 minutes that I walk and then disappear completely and are not recorded on the device or the app
I have the device fully charged and secured on my non-dominate wrist. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my Android phone as well as restarted the Charge following the restart instructions.
I am extremely frustrated with this, especially since the device is less than a year old
Please advise
