Charge 3 Notifications in the middle of the night

Hello all - I did a search but can't find any posts regarding the Charge 3 receiving notifications throughout the night.  I have an iPhone XR which I put my calendar items into.  I do not have any notifications from the iPhone set up for night time - they are all set for a day before the event and an hour before the event.  However, my Charge 3 is giving me notifications throughout the night - multiple notifications for each calendar item coming up the next day.  It has been waking me up - and it never used to give me these notifications.  Any thoughts or comments?  I contacted the help chat and was told I need to turn the notifications on and off daily on my Fitbit.  Chances, I'm not going to remember - and I shouldn't have to (I think).  Thanks for your time!

I’m having a similar issue with my Sense. I’ll get text notifications around 12am-1am for messages that came through hours earlier. This happens at least once a week and causes me to wake up. It’s driving me crazy!

Try this on your iPhone Settings.

Try this if you have an iPhone. Photo below is an example:

This is the setting for the iPhone, correct, not the actual watch?  I’m not getting notifications on my phone when my watch goes off in the middle of the night. What is happening is let’s say I get a text at 4pm. I get the notification on my phone but it doesn’t come through on my watch. But at 1am the notification shows on my watch only, not my phone. Also, I had a FitBit Ionic for three years prior to this and never had this issue.

I know you can put the Sense on do not disturb but honestly it’s a band-aid approach instead of fixing the issue.

Thank you for your response.  I'll try it - but these notifications are NOT coming in on my phone in the middle of the night - just on my Fitbit.

The events are set on my iPhone and my Charge is set to receive the notifications.  However the Charge is giving me multiple notifications throughout the night - whereas my iPhone only gives me the notification at the time I requested - which is never in the middle of the night.  I know I can put my Charge on do not disturb, but my memory is short and I won't remember to turn DND on or off.

@BreKai   I am including a link to the Charge 3 manual.   You can manually put your Charge 3 into Sleep Mode from the Quick Settings (p 19).  If you have a regular sleep schedule (which you should try to do because it is good for you), you can set a Sleep Schedule (p 20).

When you are in Sleep Mode, the screen wake with wrist movement is disabled and the brightness is set to dim.

@cyclefemme   There are similar settings on the Sense.  You get to your Quick Settings by swiping to the right.  The Sleep Schedule is also in your Settings app.
