My Charge 3 is no longer receiving texts and/or phone calls. I have tried all troubleshooting options. The Fitbit app is saying there needs to be an app downloaded when I try pairing my watch with Galaxy 20. The confusing part is it was working but now it's not. Any suggestions?

  • Yes, mine stopped working after the update. No fixes that I have found. I have a Samsung phone too.

Mine too, I have a Samsung and I've tried everything. Funny I just received an email go through about 15 mins ago but nothing else works. I wish I never updated 😪.

As it's fairly new I might return it! Not happy at all
