I've had the Fitbit Charge 3 special addition and a Fitbit Charge 3 with the same issue.
Both ending up with the same problem just after 1 year of use.
Pixel streaks accross the screen and got worse over time . I've noticed that this issue has been happening to other people on this forum as well.
I've tried soft restart, hard restart, clock face display change, dim settings and even ask for Fitbit to find a way to replace it. Nothing works and this product is not cheap. I will not be supporting this brand and not purchase a new one.

I have the exact same problem. This us actually the second Fitbit Charge 3 this has happened to. I got the Fitbit charge 3 in March 2019. A year later, white vertical lines appeared. I got a new one March 2020. Today the white vertical lines appeared again. This is very frustrating.

I don't want a discount. I want something that works even after warrenty and if not, then a place I can get it fixed. Replacing the devices is like sweeping the repeated issues under a rug.

@Tenshimon I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused, but at this time we don't have a repair center where your Charge 3 can be taken for review. Also, as mentioned above, if your original Charge 3 is no longer under warranty a discount could be an available option. Thanks for your understanding.
