My Charge 3 suddenly started recording an extremely high heart rate and very high total active minutes (when I have been sitting down and not working out). This is after 2 years of working perfectly. I have done the following:

 

- Restarted my Charge 3 many times with no improvement.

- Went to Settings, switched off the heart rate monitor, restarted my device, and switched on the heart rate monitor. No improvement.

 

Please advise on my next step.
