Charge 3 Reminders to move not working

I had to restore my iPhone from backup about a month ago and since then (or possibly before) I have not received my reminders to move. The app and IOS are up to date. It is not on DND and the reminders are on both in the watch settings and in the app, my notifications for the app are on. I have tried various fixes in various combinations including: telling my phone to “Forget this device”, turning off Bluetooth, restarting my phone, rebooting my Fitbit, turning the reminders off and on in the app and in the device. Nothing has worked.
