I have had an issue with my fitbit Charge 3 which apparently can't be fixed. I have been offered either a replacement, or 50% off the retail value of my device toward another fitbit tracker. The Charge 3 no longer appears to be available for purchase on the fitbit webstore. If I select the 50% retail value toward another device option, I'm unsure as to whether or not I can change my mind and opt for a replacement device instead if I'm not happy with the calculated value of the device. Is anybody able to tell me what discount I would receive toward another device?
Thanks 🙂

For anybody interested, I ended up speaking with Customer Service. Their advice was to click on the option for receiving 50% value of the Charge 3 toward a new device and if not happy with the value, to contact them and they would revert it back to allow me to select the replacement device option. As it turns out, the value of the Charge 3 was $270AU, so I received a $135AU voucher toward a different device. I now have a Versa 3 on the way.
