Charge 3 SE - Strap won't stay on

I got the charge 3 special edition last week but the strap won’t stay on, only on one side. Should I just return it to

the store?

To make sure you've attached the band correctly, please press it into the end of the tracker until you feel it snap into place.

 

If you have trouble attaching the wristband or if it feels loose, gently move the wristband back and forth to make sure it's attached to the tracker.

Thanks for the reply it won’t stay on the it’s only one side that won’t click however the spare black one works fine

My wife has had the same problem only one side would click in .
