Hi,
My Fitbit Charge 3 SE has dead pixel lines going across the screen.
I have contacted customer service and after troubleshooting they advised they will be orgasing a replacement.
The replacement confirmation I received is a Charge 3 non nfc. This means I will no longer have Fitbit pay available.
Not sure how this makes sense as I specifically paid more for this feature when purchasing the product.
After contacting customer support again to try to solve this the agent wasn't very helpful and just wanted to end the chat.
This is the second fitbit I've had issues with. My Charge 2 died after 13months just outside warranty and now my Charge 3 SE is losing pixels after 11 months.
Are they made to only last a year? Will the replacement have the same issue?

Same here my gusset charge 3 gad the lines and was replaced as only 10 months old. Replacement is now just over 12 months old and the screen keeps going sun and not able to c anything.
