Charge 3 Screen Not Working and tried resets

Hi there,

I'm trying to fix a Charge 3 for my mum who's not able to help with any serial number or purchasing details, for a few reasons.

The Fitbit Charge 3 screen does not work. The watch charges and the green light comes on at the back and also vibrates when the side button is touched.

I've tried to follow other responses with the reset and long reset. The watch vibrates twice as soon as the button is pressed and does nothing else. Each time I try it just vibrates twice.

It doesn't reset, doesn't switch off or on. 

Any ideas?

Unfortunately not a fix sorry but my charge 3 is doing the same no screen but still counts steps and heart rate etc when I sync it to the app??  Also vibrates when press the side button?🤷‍:female_sign:
