This morning I woke up and found that the display screen on my charge 3 is not working (again). It appears to be tracking things when I look on my app, but otherwise it appears to be dead, even though the battery is charged. I have reset my Fitbit by plugging it in, holding the side button for 15 seconds, unplugging, and plugging back in but there was no change. It is still vibrating for call notifications (although text notifications have not worked for quite a while) and movement reminders but I can't see anything except when I look on my app. I received this charge 3 in November after this happened before.

Try a Long Restart:
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Connect the device to the charging cable.
While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
The device turns off.
The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

Yes I have tried this as mentioned above. No restart of any kind is fixing the display.
