Hi
Suddenly my screen is working incorrectly by going grey and with vertices lines. I checked the forum, which states to turn down brightness, change clock face, reboot - I’ve tried these solutions and it makes no difference. You sent me this replacement in Feb 2021 so I was seriously not anticipating this to go wrong when it is so new!
I tried to make this post under the correct heading in the forum but cannot find how to add to the thread as press on help and you just keep going round & round asking the same question which you answer and it takes you back to Forum index but it appears to be impossible to break out of repeating the tasks, in the end had to write new topic so someone can see and respond appropriately
