Hello there,
My charge 3 has randomly stopped working the screen is unresponsive and does not vibrate even when I try to restart it hasn’t done so, the green scanner light is on but goes red whenever I touch the screen.
Is there anything else I can do

Thank you for the detailed information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. If the Charge 3 doesn't vibrate when performing a restart, please make sure that you've tried to restart it as indicated in this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the screen inconvenience persists, I recommend checking this thread for further assistance. Also, note that the if the Red light continues, a long restart which is different than the basic restart could help with the situation. This long restart can also be found in the thread that I mentioned.
