Charge 3 the screen is dimmed so the numbers look very unclear.  I' ve rebooted but still nothing changes. What should I do..?

Hello @Tresye. Welcome to the community forums! 

 

Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried prior to posting. Please make sure that your Charge 3 isn't set to Sleep Mode, when Sleep mode is activated, the screen's brightness is set to dim. 

Also, make sure that the Brightness setting on your Charge 3 is set correctly. This can be confirmed in the Settings app on your Charge 3. For more information about how to navigate your Charge 3, please check: How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
