My Charge 3 display is stuck in a text....it won’t let me delete or clear. I have plugged it in and restarted it twice to no avail.

@Debi_D Try to turn off bluetooth and turn it back on.  

 

This happened to me once and honestly, I just had to let it clear on its own. I think it took several hours for the text to finally disappear from my screen.

Thank I did try that too. This happened 2 days ago and still has not resolved.

@Debi_D Ugh, that's awful!  Mine I think lasted about 5-6 hours and I was so upset.  Maybe trying calling Fitbit Customer Support to see if they have any ideas as to why it has been stuck so long.  I'm sorry I can't be of more help.  😞

I did email support but I will call for sure, as I got no response from them in email so far other than auto reply.
