I’m having the same problem with my Charge 3. Everything else works. It is synced with app. Every morning alarm goes off. I tap the button. It resets the alarm. Nine minutes later—alarm goes off again. Even getting up and taking a sip of water and morning pill doesn’t stop it if I return to bed. Only thing that seems to work is actually waking up and getting my heart rate up a notch or two. I really only want the alarm go off once period. Like others I may just stop using it.

After pressing the button face alarm and notifications will show on the screen. Tap face alarm and that will make the alarm stop. I’ve done it twice and it’s worked. I just received my fitbit this week

Press button on the side once, you see ducks, press it again, alarm stops. Make sure the button actually presses in and you're not touching the screen at the same time. I don't even look at it anymore, I just feel for the button and press it twice, not fast, not slow. If that's not working for you, maybe it's broken.

Nope. Doesn't work and I just got my replacement two days ago. I just turned off the alarms because it was so annoying.

I went to the manual and it states to dismiss the alarm, you must presses the side button TWICE.

Ok I found another way to shut off the alarm. When it goes off I have pushed the button at least 3 times. That has worked each time I’ve done it.
I found that out a few days ago. Works for me! Thanks for the info!!

Even if I press the side button to stop the alarm it still goes into snooze mode. When I first had it, it didn’t do this it turned off. It is getting a bit annoying

I push it twice and it shuts off. This is what the manual also states. Hope it helps?

I have never hit the ZZZ icon. I always press the button on the side and I immediately get up. It still goes off again in 9 minutes 75% of the time.

This is not actually the correct answer.
The User Manual for the Charge 3, in regards to the section "Dismiss or snooze an alarm," states that (emphasis are mine):
Dismiss or snooze an alarm
When an alarm goes off, the tracker vibrates.
To snooze the alarm for 9 minutes, tap the ZZZ icon or press the button. To dismiss
the alarm, press the button twice.
Pressing the button once on the side (based on the marked answers advice) will continue to present the problem the original poster asked about remedying. Instead, the button should be pressed twice.
