Charge 3 Silent Alarm Not Dismissing

ANSWERED

I’m having the same problem with my Charge 3.  Everything else works. It is synced with app. Every morning alarm goes off. I tap the button. It resets the alarm.  Nine minutes later—alarm goes off again.  Even getting up and taking a sip of water and morning pill doesn’t stop it if I return to bed.  Only thing that seems to work is actually waking up and getting my heart rate up a notch or two. I really only want the alarm go off once period. Like others I may just stop using it.

Tried that, I keep pushing the button instead of the Zzzzz. Keeps coming back every 10 minutes. Annoying. Even more annoying that you say you fixed it. Makes fitbit look 2x incompetent: once for the design flaw and twice for not knowing how to fix it. I’ll turn off the feature until you really fix it.

You must think I work for FitBit. I am not fixing anything. I am a customer. Mine went off this morning and very quickly hit the side button twice and my alarm goes off.

Agreed. Pressing twice doesn’t work for me either.

Pressing twice (fast or slow) doesn’t work for me.

Sorry, I wasnt saying your answer wasn’t working, I was commenting generally to another post from fitbit saying the problem was solved. I didnt even see your post. Thanks.

Hello

I've tried every which Way listed and it still doesn't stop. It is driving me and my friends crazy. I'm better off going back to the Samsung.

It doesn't work... pressing, sliding, holding... nothing can stop that thing buzzing

Just keep pressing your tracker button until the time stays on. Sometimes
it could be as many as 5 presses and sometimes only one. That's the only
thing I've found that will shut it up and I use it twice a day for taking
medications.

So glad you finally got it to work!

If you happen to ignore the time and press too fast it won't work. Try
pressing the tracker button a little slower and the first time the time
shows steady then the alarm has been dismissed. There are times when I had
to press it 5 times but usually got the steady time after 1 to 3 times.
Hope you can get it to work. I know how annoying it is but this method
works for me every time!

When I press the button deliberately and make sure I don't touch the screen at all it's so snoozes the alarm and goes off again in 9 minutes

Keep pressing the button until the time stays on solid.

I discovered you have to keep pressing the side button until the tim stays on solid. When I first started doing this it took 5 presses. As I persisted doing this it ha gone to just 1 press and occasionally 2 presses. But stick wit it and I think it will eventually work for you.

Mine does exactly the same thing. alarm goes off-I push the side button and it stops, 9 minutes later it goes off again and whether  I push the side button or not it stops and does not go off again.

Did you push the side button until the time display shows solid and does
not return to the duck? You have to keep pushing the side button until that
occurs. I have pushed it as many as 5 times but over time time mine
eventually required only one or two presses of the side button.
