I’m having the same problem with my Charge 3. Everything else works. It is synced with app. Every morning alarm goes off. I tap the button. It resets the alarm. Nine minutes later—alarm goes off again. Even getting up and taking a sip of water and morning pill doesn’t stop it if I return to bed. Only thing that seems to work is actually waking up and getting my heart rate up a notch or two. I really only want the alarm go off once period. Like others I may just stop using it.

Don't know what to tell you. Mine will stop when I see the time stay on solid and not go back to the duck. Could be you're pushing the button too fast.

I had this problem too. I feel silly not to have found that pushing the side button prevents snooze 9 minutes later. I don’t understand why Fitbit doesn’t more actively help on this forum. They are losing so many customers who are trying to help each other.

simply "pressing the button" did not work for me, and resetting my charge 3 did not work for me.
what DID work for me was to press the button, wait for a screen change and then press the button repeatedly until i saw the "main screen" appear twice. the number of presses and the sequence of the screens are different each time, but it's usually 3-4 presses and i'm done.
yes, it takes more time than one press and it's slightly annoying... but it's habitual now and i hardly notice.

> When your silent alarm goes off, the tracker flashes and vibrates. To dismiss the alarm, press the button. To snooze the alarm for 9 minutes, tap the ZZZ icon. Tap snooze as many times as you like. Charge 3 automatically goes into snooze mode if you ignore the alarm for more than 1 minute.

Kindly f*** right off with this reply. How on earth is this the "answer" when you're telling her to keep doing exactly what she's doing?
I have had the silent alarm on for a week now and EVERY **ahem** DAY I want to throw this thing at the wall. I have listened to the advice on the FitBit FAQ page: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1868.htm None of it has worked.
Just so everyone is very clear on what's happening:
The alarm goes off. The screen is black because it's in sleep mode and I took a few seconds to get to it (because I'm asleep). I have tried several approaches:
NONE OF THESE WORK. It still goes off again in a matter of minutes, and the cycle repeats at least five times before it finally stops, and GOD KNOWS what gets it to finally stop, because I've given up trying at this point and I just fly into a rage at every revived vibration.
Also how is there no feature to skip a day??? If I turn the alarm off for one day, I have to set a reminder for myself to turn it on again the next day or I'll wake up late the following day.
Why did you remove the ability to edit alarms in the Android app??!?!?

This just seems like this would be so easy to fix. I love the silent alarms feature but it's so frustrating when you have an alarm that goes off every day and can't turn it off. i press the side button every which way a person can press a button and it keeps on vibrating. Eventually it stops only to go off again about 5 minutes later. I got so fed up today that I threw it in my desk drawer. This will likely be my last fitbit device.

What you described does NOT work. Maybe you are lucky and yours works. Did you actually try yourself?

I have the same problem with my Charge 3. The side button does not turn off its alarm. It only puts it back into the snooze mode just like the Zzz button. So 9 minutes later, the alarm goes off again, and again, and again. When I put my Charge 3 on its charger to reset it (with the dark happy face icon) it started vibrating on its charger cable when the 9 minutes passed. When I redid the reset, then finally it did turn off (hallelujah). However, there should be a way to turn the alarm off on a Fitbit Charge 3 without using its charging cable.

The simple solution is to press the side button once if you want a snooze or to get another alarm in 9 minutes, or press the side button twice to not get another alarm in 9 minutes. It works for my Charge 3.
Thanks to Fitbit for not making that clear! It would have saved a lot of irritation, for myself and many others!
