How do I replace my wrist strap, my current one has broken

Hi @WindsorD and welcome to the forums. You can purchase replacement bands for your Charge 3 from the Fitbit Store or at Amazon. To answer your question of how you replace it, I’m happy to say it’s simple. Depress the small tab on the band (where it meets the Charge 3). It should snap right off. To put the new one in place, just snap it in.
