Charge 3 Stuck on Logo and 100 Screen Won't Restart

This morning my fitbit was stuck on the DND/Screen Wake screen and so I performed a restart.  However, not it is just stuck on the screen with the flashing logo and 100.  I can't turn it off and I have tried to reset several more times, with the same result.  Does anyone have a solution that has worked, besides performing yet another restart?
