I just recently got a new charge 3 but it is stuck on the "Fitbit.com/setup" screen and it won't show up when I try searching for it on my phone. I tried to restart it by plugging it into a computer, holding down the power button but it does not move away from the setup screen. Any and all help is welcomed.
-Thanks
*update* The tracker is completely unresponsive now.

I have the same issue. I just got it and it is my first fitbit. I may have to return it.

I spoke to the representative at Fitbit and he said I need to have the App set up on my iPhone 6s and then add the device and set it up. Otherwise, it won't work. For some reason, I could not get the App to work but once I turned on Bluetooth off and on and then went back to the App I was able to start adding the device.

I also think what may have helped was that I had mobile tracking on my fitbit app from a few years ago and I removed this too. Not sure if it was the Bluetooth or this but I have a feeling it may have been the mobile tracking removal since I had tried to Bluetooth before and still had the screen.

I had the same issue, but then I download the fitbit app (android) and then following the step on it to pair it up with the device. now it is still downloading the update of the device.

I have the same problem as well. The Charge 3 hasn't proven to be a very good tracker. Poor quality.

I fixed my problem by removing my old fitbit from my Fitbit App, then turned my Bluetooth off, then turned my phone on and off and then just adding my new fitbit again to my App. The setup dissappeared for me and gave me a 4 number code to then enter into my Fitbit App.

Fixed mine after I logged out from my Charge 2 account and registered a fresh account.
Hope this will work for everybody else too.
