Hi, hope someone can shed some light on what to do here. I subscribed to the free FitBit Premium offer a couple of months back - it has a lot of benefits but with my current circumstance I just don't use any of them so I cancelled it before the charging kicked in. But literally the moment I cancelled, my Charge 3 Battery started to run out really quickly, it probably doesn't last any longer than 14-16 hours now whereas up until that point I was only charging it maybe once a week... and wearing it constantly with daily exercise.
So I've uninstalled/reinstalled the FitBit App, reset my Charge 3 device, disconnected & reconnected but that hasn't helped at all - does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing the problem? Thanks.

My battery is also draining daily but I have not subscribed to premium. Hope you get an answer!
