I bought charge 3 majorly to avoid carrying a hefty wallet with my card and cash. Fitbit pay works fine with any store and I am quite happy about it. The issue is Sydney trains. Whenever I try to use the charge 3 to tap on, it just gives me a loud beep saying card not valid error 91.. I have to try 2-3 times or sometimes just wait a minute and try again. Sydney trains are crowded and people start looking at you sideways and a big queue forms up whenever there is no tap success. Is there any way that this can be fixed? Honestly I have gone back to using my card for Sydney trains and buses, which defeats the entire purpose of buying the charge 3.

Have you reached out to the help number on the back of the card?

My bank card? Coz I don't think there is an issue with the bank card because the Fitbit pay works fine at everything else except Sydney public transport..

What transit card did you setup to pay with while on the Sydney transport. That would be the card with the help number.
Is your transit system supported?

Yes.. Sydney trains and currently I am using a Commonwealth Bank card,,, both are supported.. Earlier it used to be a small issue.. the Fitbit is not old.. maybe 2 months old and now the issue seems ever increasing.. the first few times worked fine,, maybe once or twice I got the error beep.. it got to a point that I just simply gave up using my Fitbit for public transport

I would ask the help line for the transit system.
