My Charge 3 will no longer sync with the app. I have only had the Charge 3 for approx 3 months. This is very disappointing. I attempt to reset and re-pair my Charge 3 but it still will not sync. This is disheartening and a waste of money. I also had issues in the beginning with the LED light irritating my skin. I overlooked it because I truly need a fitness tracker that keeps me aware of my BPM (HEALTH REASONS).
Just unacceptable and a disrespect to the purchasers.

I had this same issue starting about a week ago and it has progressively gotten worse. Now, it won’t charge, vibrate, or even have a single light come on. I’ve been working with Support every day since Monday, but nothing has worked.
with som many others reporting the same issue, I suspect it is a coding or virus issue. My concern is that it has made all affected trackers obsolete.

If the extent is truly that bad, do you know if we would be entitled to a replacement? I really need to keep up with my bpm!
