Charge 3 - Turn off Health & Wellness reminders (non premium)

Good day,

 

A while back (like months ago) I turned on the Health & Wellness reminders for washing hands and water intake. I do not have a premium account, but the option was available back then, so I thought, why not!

I want to switch it off again, because the notifications are getting quite annoying. Unfortunately the option isn't there anymore. I followed a guide on this forum for a similar issue: log off > clear cache > force stop app > reboot phone and then log back in. The menu still wasn't there.

Is there any way to fix this for me? I couldn't find any other information online.

The link have a solution that help me, have you try this from @LizzyFitbit ? 

 

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
  2. Tap on your profile picture > the tile with your name.
  3. Tap Personal > Location (tap the gear icon > Location on Android).
  4. Tap Country
  5. Choose your country, and tap Done. If you live in the United States, after you choose your country, you can also add your city and state. Under Location Detail, tap Edit Location Details and then type your city.
  6. Tap Save.

 

Once that is done, tap Today > profile picture > Fitbit device image and try turning off the Health and Wellness Reminders one more time.
