Hi Can anyone please help me with the correct voltage charger required for Fitbit Charge 3?

That depends entirely on where you want to charge it. So the best thing to do is to look it up in the manual.
In Europe this one is satisfactory in most countries.

Also, is there a rating for the current the charger can supply. I have a very compact travel charger with 500mA output, and wondered if there is any advantage in plugging into a higher rated USB port. Thanks.
