Charge 3 Walk Maps No Longer Showing

Both my wife and myself have Charge 3s.  Until a couple of weeks ago a map of completed walks was shown but this has now stopped.  Connected GPS shows ok when walking.  

This is really annoying as being able to see where you have been is a good function of the FitBit.

Is anyone else having this problem or can anyone suggest a solution?

When walking I use to get a detailed map of the streets I walked. But now I get a straight line showing the end points and not the path taken (last time it worked was September 20,2020 and then from Sept 22 and after it does not work). I did have my location service enabled only when using FitBit but this morning I enabled it all the time. I will check today to see if this will fix my issue.

Mine showed a similar erroneous map on 9/26, and after that ceased showing any maps or splits data for my walks or runs.  And now even the distance calculated appears to be off by ~.75mi.

I am getting a straight line on my map that shows about me going down the block.  I walk/ran down numerous streets.  My watch is in exercise mode, sometimes walk, sometimes run.  It is very annoying not to be able to see my route.
