Hi
I have just bought a FitBit Charge 3 SE and am trying to setup my Wallet
However When I try to add my Revolut card which you say you support for UK https://www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay/banks.it fails.
Uh oh! Looks like we don't support this card for use with Fitpay. Tap below to see suppoerted banks and cards. If you feel this is an error, please contact the card issuer.
Is there any workaround for this?

It is definitely a MasterCard

I've got the same problem - I have both a physical and a virtual Revolut card, both Mastercard, but neither will work. I chose the Charge 3 SE purposely because of Fitbit Pay, so not being able to use that feature is crazy. I also think the number of UK banks compatible is pathetic. I had a Revolut card already, so thought at least I was covered, but it sounds like Fitbit have been misleading on this one.

It is indeed very misleading.
It has been almost a month now that they have updated their bank list. Every attempt I have made for some help or for further info, from both fitbit and revolut, they are playing who is to blame first. They should atleast update the advertised list and remove it, it almost feels like a trap. I know I would be reconsidering my choice if I had known revolut was not really an option, who knows how long it will take to be available, since no one is sharing that information!

Fitbit Update: 5/13
Hi everyone!
I've escalated all your reports of this issue and brought it to our team's attention. Thank you for trying to troubleshoot this on your own for the time being. I'm also curious to know what distinctions there are between cards that are allowing you to add it or not to Fitbit Pay.
If you've had success adding a Revolut (Mastercard) credit or debit card, please let us know more details if you're comfortable sharing.
Thanks for the help and we'll let you all know if we receive updates.

I had a thought as it was virtual card it might not work.
So I bought the physical card from Revolut, that didn’t work.
maybe the card didn’t work until I made a payment, on it.
So I made a payment, the card is activated and working.
Still can’t be added to Fitbit pay.
The only interesting thing is I tried to use again today,
but the contactless failed and had to use the chip and pin 😞
I will try again tomorrow as the card says it does contactless.

I have same problem too. When I try to add my Revolut Mastercard (card country France) I receive the same error "Uh oh! Looks like we don't support this cart ....." In list of supported banks - in France Revolute Mastercard is listed.
Waiting for update, I hope this issue will be solved soon.

Latest update
I added contactless payment to the card and the physical card worked today.
But when trying to add the card again to Fitbit pay it failed again.
It was worth a try 😉

Same problem here.
I just got a Fitbit Vera and, to be honest, seeing that Revolut was compatible with Fitbit pay was one of the things that made me choose Fitbit instead of a Google/Samsung Pay compatible smartwach. It's a real bummer that it actually doesn't work.

I've just bought a Charge 3 SE and have tried to add my Revolut card (Mastercard, enabled for wireless payment but its a few years old)
I'm having the same problems as everyone else in the thread!

I have 2 psychical Revolut Mastercard cards. I wasn't able to add to Fitbit Pay the one issued by Paysafe, but other, which was issued by Wirecard, worked perfectly.
My wife also has a card issued by Paysafe and she wasn't able to add it to her Versa.

I have exactly the same issue with a virtual Revolut Mastercard while trying with Versa, but there are many facing this with a physical card.
I was able to add Starling one successfully and still be able to use it.

having the exact same issue.
revolut mastercard card, in romania 😞
revolut have said that they are working on it and when it will launch they will announce it 🤦🏻:male_sign:
so it seems like fitbit are advertising an incomplete service... just like with the oxygen saturation thingy in the charge 3 😞

Same problem in the UK with my revolut card. Mastercard. Both physical and virtual. Fitbit don’t care and revolut don’t care
My Charge 3 SE was a total waste of money
fitbit should offer people their money back for deliberately misleading people on their web-site

So it's June 6th and no updates yet from Fitbit. @AlessFitbit can you check with the company? It shouldn't be a very complicated issue and if they published online they support Revolut there should be someone working on this topic. I haven't tried again, happy to do so.

Hi!
I was able to add my Revolut card today. I had been getting an error that my bank could not be connected (not an error that the card wasn't accepted!) before I turned on wireless payments (and all other possible forms of payment) in Revolut app. My card's expiry is 03/24, it is a physical prepaid Master Card, issued by Tag Systems 30304-12-18. Hope this helps.
To the ones who wrote they raised a problem report to the support: please report the status (was it accepted, did root causing start, etc) and any findings so far. Sorry to say so, but without these details updates this just sounds like "it's not my problem, someone else outside of this chat should hopefully deal with it". Thanks for your assistance!

Are you based in the UK? I tried again today with the Physical Metal Mastercard a new Virtual Mastercard. It still said it didn't accept the card
I think this is a UK specific issue an neither revolut or fitbit appear to be taking any interest
