Hi
I have just bought a FitBit Charge 3 SE and am trying to setup my Wallet
However When I try to add my Revolut card which you say you support for UK https://www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay/banks.it fails.
Uh oh! Looks like we don't support this card for use with Fitpay. Tap below to see suppoerted banks and cards. If you feel this is an error, please contact the card issuer.
Is there any workaround for this?

Problem not only in UK. In Lithuania the same problem I also have it. But my friend succeeded to add revorlut master card to fitbit pay and usedbit sever times on May with no problem. But last week it stoped working for him too. Obviously fitbit or revolut has some problems and their service is not stable or not working at all.

The location seems to matter. Some folks outside of the UK can get it to work. Inside the Uk with Mastercard or Visa nobody has got it to work, physically or virtually with old cards or new cards

I am in Belgium, I tried again today with my physical Revolut Mastercard, same error as last month

Hi @AlessFitbit Any updates? It is disappointing that Revolut is still listed as supported in the UK when this questions has been ongoing for a long time on these forums

Fitbit Update: 6/19/19
Hey everyone!
I'm sorry for the delay in getting this issue with Revolut cards resolved. We're still looking into this and as I've mentioned before, I have already escalated all the card details gathered from this thread.
For the time being, we just really appreciate your patience. If I need anymore information, I'll be sure to ask.
Thanks again for your cooperation.

It’s ok as I have given up now. Not happy you STILL sell Fitbit with revolut listed as supported by Fitbit which it isn’t !?

This is "great":
First you don't support one of the few banks that are supposed to be supported and then you promote your product with oxygen track but it's not working either.
Guys, I payed extra money to have a fitbit 3 but it seems like I am just having a fitbit charge 2 with a different strap system.
As you can imagine, I am not happy at all with this.

Hi @AlessFitbit do you have any timeline from the Fitbit dev team? Currently travelling but happy to put in some development time if this is an option for you. It should be a short work.

@Picnichamper @brokendrum @Dukigato Hey, there! I understand you're all frustrated you can't use your Revolut cards with Fitbit Pay at the moment. Our team is working hard to ensure everything is sorted out as quickly as possible. Since supporting these cards is in partnership with the bank/issuer, it can take some time.
I'll let you know when this is all resolved. For now, we just appreciate your cooperation while this continues to be investigated.
@Alezante Thanks for the offer! As I've mentioned above, our team is already doing the work necessary to make sure this is resolved in a timely manner. I don't have a timeline for when we will have a fix, but I'll keep you updated once I have more information.

Revolut does not work.
Confirmed by their support desk:’
It seems that it might not be possible due to some technical limitations at the moment, but I cannot provide you with an exact timeframe when it will work properly. ’

Also a problem in Ireland. I get the "Error Uh oh! Looks like we don't support this card....."
Then you click "See banks" and there revolut is, saying it's supported. It's very frustrating.
My card is a mastercard, and I can't see an issuer anywhere written on the card.
Either this should work, or revolut should be taken off the list of supported banks.

Is there an update on this defect? The OP raised the issue on 25/04/2019. It's now 11/07/2019. That's not ab unacceptable timeline to be honest and is not managing customer expectations. This coupled with the fact that the website says Revolut cards are compatible with Fitbit Pay in the UK is a bit of joke. I bought my Versa yesterday as I could pair my Revolut MasterCard debit with it. Well I thought I could.
The supported bank information us false and needs to be updated. At this point in time @Fitbit is misleading consumers into buy a product which a feature that does not work at all.
Regards,
Ben

Also upgraded to a fitbit charge 3 specifically for the use of my Revolut card. Quite disappointing to find out it doesn't work. @Fitbit perhaps you should change the Revolut card's status to [coming soon] as your statement is currently misleading.
