Hi
I have just bought a FitBit Charge 3 SE and am trying to setup my Wallet
However When I try to add my Revolut card which you say you support for UK https://www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay/banks.it fails.
Uh oh! Looks like we don't support this card for use with Fitpay. Tap below to see suppoerted banks and cards. If you feel this is an error, please contact the card issuer.
Is there any workaround for this?

Any joy with a resolution to this matter.
I also have a Revolut card but am unable to add it to my Fitbit wallet.
bit grumpy as this was one of my reasons for getting the charge 3 !!
Claiming that Revolut cards work with Fitbit in the UK seems misleading unless you can back it up by say, making it work😞

@AlessFitbit @MarreFitbit @Fitbit
Please provide an update. There has been no interaction from Fitbit since 27 June 2019.
We need timelines as to when this issue will be fixed. As it stands, the information provided on your website is misleading and I am sure it goes against consumer law as the wallet does not work as described i.e. it's not compatible with Revolut MasterCard, while it's advertised as being compatible.
Thanks

+1 to the last.
I'm sure that this is an unfortunate temporary issue but, as it stands now: I chose your product over a false promise and, I'm afraid, this was the biggest feature for me.
Can we have an update with status to know if this is on its way?
(I need to know, for I'm still in time to return the product at no charge but that's a hassle that I'd rather avoid)
Thank you in advance!

I just cancelled Revolut and opened a Starling account instead which works perfectly

I totally gave up with Revolut and opened a Starling account which works perfectly

@Picnichamper that's fair enough. But as a consumer we should not haveve to adapt to a product that is not working as designed which in this case is advertised as being compatible with Revolut. Again it's a false advertisement on Fitbit's part.

I want to stick with Revolut as it has better exchange rate than Sterling!
Just a shame that after many month of waiting there is still no offer of a resolution.

Same boat. Had a Charge 2 Hr. Switched to a Alta because of good deal, been or market for a while so should be stable (unlike every previous day one fitbit I've bought) and I wanted contsatless payments.
Find revolut is one of the few cards on the supported list so signed up.
Guess what. My versa is just as flakey as every fitbit I've owned (since 2002 I believe), contsatless doesn't work and I'm down £160 when I could have just carried on using my Charge 2
Why do I fall for this every time with fitbit. Should have switched to IOS years ago I could have literally saved 100's of hours in failed syncing and setup time.

I've just bought a Versa too, with the intention of adding my Revolut card and get the same error message. I've just been on to Support at Revolut who tell me that it's not working for 'all users' in the UK yet. What does that mean? Why some and not others? Also why are Fitbit announcing it works if it's not working for all users yet?
If anyone hears about how to get this fixed, please let me know!

Yeah, that’s a strange response from Revolut. I wonder what the difference is - maybe it works for their paying/ premium users, but not those on a free account?

Fitbit are notoriously slow about acknowledging problems and even slower at fixing them. I wonder what they did with the capable staff they took from Pebble when they bought them out - looks like not a lot 😞

2002 should of course be 2012. But man, 8 years and I've never had a fitbit that's just worked.. They always have stupid issues. Cracking, delamination, failing screens, ddogy software, poor synchronisation. But I keep praying one day they'll get it right.

Fitbit Update: 7/23/19
Hi everyone!
I'm very sorry for the delayed update.
We haven't forgotten about this issue with Revolut Mastercards. Our team is still investigating with Revolut how we can provide a fix. They're working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Once I receive more information, I'll provide an update here. We really appreciate your patience.

Hello,
Please give us a solution soon because 2 of my friends and I bought Versa watches mainly because of the contactless payment and all three have Revolut accounts. One of us has a Starling Bank card which is perfectly added but not the Revolut. We’re still in the 30 days of return. Please give us an update that when it’s gonna get fixed.
Thanks.

I honestly wouldn’t bother waiting - Fitbit in my experience are very slow to accept and acknowledge an issue and even slower in providing a fix. Don’t let your return period run out...

I would also recommend not to wait for a fix. Revolut have even confirmed that is in an issue but they do not have an expected date for the fix to be deployed.

@hdimantha @Hitman_Botelle @Brantome I would also strongly recommend to retweet this post in order to increase the pressure towards fitbit to take
