Charge 3 - Wallet and Revolut credit card not registering

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi

I have just bought a FitBit Charge 3 SE and am trying to setup my Wallet

However When I try to add my Revolut card which you say you support for UK https://www.fitbit.com/fitbit-pay/banks.it fails.

Uh oh! Looks like we don't support this card for use with Fitpay. Tap below to see suppoerted banks and cards. If you feel this is an error, please contact the card issuer.

Is there any workaround for this?

Months have passed, and still Fitbit Pay says that it supports Revolut Mastercards, but it doesn't.
We still haven't gotten an explanation as to why this is, or when it'll be fixed.

Have tried with my real Revolut Mastercard many many times and it always fails at 'Contacting Bank'.

Either take Revolut Mastercard off the list of supported cards, or fix it. Fitbit is basically lying to customers, for months now.

I think I found a possible fix for this issue.

I personally tried adding my Mastercard Revolut card more than 10 times without luck. I always got that annoying error.

Then about 1 hour after my failure attempts I got 10 Revolut notifications about a pending Mastercard authorisation, all of them were saying that the transation was in $ - but I didn't had a $ account into my Revolut app.

What solved the problem in my case:

1. I created a $ account;

2. I added 1$ in the newly created account;

3. I tried again to add my Revolut card into my Fitbit Versa 2 app.

4. Surprise, it worked 🙂

Hope this helps other persons aswell.

I have the same issue with my new Versa 2. I contacted Revolut support yesterday. I was told Fitbit pay implementation is in a pilot phase. They don't know when it will be rolled out for all customers. So Fitbit just misleads customers like me.

The good news is Google have bought Fitbit, I doubt they'll accept this level of shoddy service.  Hopefully they'll fix the fitbit pay issue and replace it with a googlepay.... we can but hope.

Hi. I think the issue has been recently fixed. I added my revolut mastercard today and I successfully used it

Just to Say that my Revolut Mastercard, that did not originally work, is now registered to my FitBit 😊. Well done Google for sorting this finally. Only 7 months on.

To be fair, the Google deal hasn't concluded yet. They had nothing to do with getting it working.

Nope STILL doesn't work for my card. UK based. Utter garbage from fitbit.

Tried with a virtual card too, still doesn't work.

Be aware it's accepted only the creditcard from revolut, not the debit though

Revolut don't have credit cards, I don't know what you're talking about. All Revolut cards are debit cards. Do you mean the physical card rather than a virtual card?

Revolut has credit cards if you subscribe for Premium. And only those ard accepted by fitbit pay. The debit card is not accepted, no matter if it's phisical or virtual

That's definitely not true. My physical mastercard Revolut debit card is working right now.

Well I tried again today and it worked.

Didn't expect it to, but I've been trying every few weeks.   Today it went through to a verification stage where it texts you before adding the card.   After that it added my card.  Really pleased.   Now I can start using my revolut card.

Just tried again today on the off chance and it successfully added this time! (not a premium revolut card)
