When I swipe over to Weather on my Charge 3, it never works and says to try syncing with my phone... That doesn't work either. Any insights?

I’ve had little problem getting Weather (at 3 locations) since I’ve left Location on at ‘always’ in Settings.Hope that works,it was annoying until I done that.

What worked for me (and might work for you) was to:
1. Ensure that in your device settings, the Fitbit app has its location permissions set to 'Always'.
2. Ensure All-Day Sync is enabled in the Fitbit app.
3. Not force close the Fitbit app on your device, instead keep it open as this allows All-Day Sync to work better on some devices.

Hi,
I have my cities on my Fitbit but it doesn't show me how many degrees it has and the Fitbit is completely setup, so please help me!?

I wish I could help you, this list will prob get removed by the mods. The Charge3 by far the worst money I ever spent. Fitbit support was awful. Amazon replaced the first one we thought was a lemon. The problems persisted. Fitbit support had the same answers every time that never worked or worked for very long. Then they would say they didn’t have a record of all the complaints I had lodged over the year. I WANTED to love this Fitbit. I loved my very first one. But this one was a piece of junk and the way I was treated by the company was shameful. I got an Apple Watch for Mother’s Day and while I never would have spent this much money on myself I cry over all the wasted time and stress effort I put into making that stupid Fitbit work. I come from a family that loves their Fitbit’s which is why I got it. I can’t even give this one away. Good luck.

I’m happy they helped you. I had been in contact with them from day one. First they told me to have amazon replace it (amazon did, of course, they are awesome) then after that 30 days they would go thru the same steps for a fix every few weeks or so it would work for a bit or not at all but they never offered a replacement or money towards a different Fitbit (at that point I was loyal to the brand) then towards the end of the one year warranty they had the fall to say they had no record of me ever having a complaint ticket so I guess that meant it never happened? Like I said, I’m happy with my apple and I have not one good thing to say about Fitbit the company. But this forum had my back every time I asked a question! Good luck with it I’m sure someone here will know more.

That’s awful. Two that have broke on you and they only offer 25% off. I’d assume you wouldn’t mind as much if it was brand new but it’s Refurbished. I’m sure it prob fine but still that not the point. They should have also replaced it for you or repaired it free of charge.
I’m just really hoping I don’t have any problems with my replacement. If I do I won’t be buying anymore Fitbit’s, I’ll buy a different brand that does the same thing or buy apple or something along those lines. It’s too much money to be forking out to replace a replacement. You could get on to the citizen information to see what rights you have or contact your local Ombudsmen as they investigate complaints that haven't been solved by the organisation complained against. Ombudsmen investigate complaints when something has been handled badly or unfairly, making someone suffer as a result. This is sometimes called maladministration.

Hi there! I was trying to figure it out too and NOTHING was working until I switched the degrees to Celsius. I could then add my city (it wouldn’t let me before) and it actually showed up on my watch! I then changed it back to Fahrenheit and it still works! So try this? Idk why this made it work be at the moment I don’t really care lol

Please explain to me how I am supposed to hold the side button when the charger covers it?
Please don’t come out with another Fitbit untill you improve Charge 3.
I LOVED my Charge 2, EVERYTHING about it is better than the 3. The 3 doesn’t give me notifications, track my sleep the way the 2 did, doesn’t sync for weather and the fix you say to do is impossible.
I hate the Charge 3, it’s not an upgrade, don’t waste your money.
Very disappointed customer.

if you're putting the charge on correctly (the only way to charge), there is an opening on the button side.

I have tried everything and nothing works to get weather app on device to give details.
Location Services: on, always for fitbit
Weather App on Fitbit App: changed to F then back to C, deleted my city then added it again
Device Tracker: reset
Sync: manual sync numerous times
It was working yesterday when I bought & set it up. This morning I had to do a reset, re pair tracker to fitbit app due to problems with sleep app. After this weather on tracker showed only "Please try syncing with your iphone"
Please help!
