Hi!

 

I have a charge 3 that appears to be dead and when I try to charge it it gets super hot to where you almost cant touch it. I've tried many things to re-set it but it is not responding. Please Help

Same thing happened to me today. After changing to 100%, I noticed the battery was dying faster than usual. By mid day it was down to 53%. So I charged it again and came to find my charge 3 hot to touch and with a black screen.
