I just received a Charge 3 with reward points I redeemed from my credit card company. The buckle and small band connect and disconnect easily to both sides of the watch face. Only problem is I'm 6'2" and 215lbs and it won't fit on my wrist. The large band won't connect to either side.
I can even put the band on the watch, and pinch with my legs and hands on the inside of my thighs until I feel like I'm about to break the watch face and it still won't click in and just pops right off. It's the band that came in the box and my Fitbit is essentially useless now. I know replacement ones are cheap but why should I have to go through all this trouble with something brand new? Pretty disappointing.
