Charge 3 acting strange with incorrect heartbeats, not charging for days and now a white line

So for over a week now, my charge 3 has been acting weird with incorrect heartbeat- 150+

then it stopped charging showing at 1% and finally blacked out.

eventually it decided to charge again and worked for a day - with blank  heartrate though and finally discharged in a day.

today it has been on charge for many hours with a white line .

 

Also, it’s a genuine message so please do not  mark it as spam ( as was done to my previous post)

Mine was doing the same for over a week. I tried resetting it with different methods suggested in the forum but to no avail. My fitbit was also saying I was achieving 30min of activity and my heart rate was higher than it should have been while sitting at my computer (170+). At night it would randomly start vibrating and the screen would stay on. I recently replaced a Charge 3 I had for over 3 years, it was not as bright and some other issues started to arise but no issues until the very end. I've had this new Charge 3 for a month and it started glitching. I just got off the phone with fitbit support and they are sending me a replacement. Their number is 1 (877) 623-4997. Good luck!
