My Charge 3 has stopped tracking both calories burnt and active minutes as of today. I have walked 10.5 miles today and worked out in the gym for 1 hour. However, my calories say just over 1,000 and only 10 active minutes. My calorie history records have also reduced to circa 1000. However, my weekly report from this morning was accurate with c 3000 Cals per day.

A warm welcome to the Community @JoK68.
I would like to know how are you logging your activities? Are you selecting them from the tracker, using SmartTrack or manually logging them? In the meantime, I recommend taking a look at the following help article:
I hope to hear from you soon.

Hi
it doesn’t seem to matter how I record my activity, whether I chose exercise on my Fitbit or leave it to auto detect I am not registering any active minutes or calories burned. Steps, Stairs, sleep and days exercised all appear to be working normally.
When the problem first appeared it also reset all my historical calories burned intake to around the 1k mark but all other historical data is unchanged. Thanks

I had the same problem. In your profile, make sure your weight is accurate. For some reason my weight was set to .1 lb. I swear I never touched it!
