Since I reset my Fitbit due to an issue with operation, my Fitbit has not been tracking my active minutes or my calories burned correctly. I won't do very much and it will track my active minutes extremely high like right now I've hardly done anything but sit at my desk at work and it says my active minutes are 174 which causes the number of calories burned to be tracked far higher than they should be as well. Not sure what to do to fix this

Welcome to the Community, @Alliemo31 and @Odyssey13, thanks for the input.
I appreciate the information provided and the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If your tracker isn't properly registering your active minutes, I recommend performing a restart by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?. After this, test your device and see if the information recorded is being accurate.
Let me know the outcome.

Thank you for the help. I performed a restart twice over the last couple days and my tracker is still incorrectly tracking active time and calories burned
