Charge 3 active minutes and calories not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have done both a run and a walk today and when I have looked at the app my active minutes and calories have disappeared on both the app and my tracker. So both app and tracker now say I have done no active minutes and also say I haven’t burned the calories doing these exercises.

Welcome on board @Ewalsh1, it's nice to see you here! By any chance, are you manually logging activities sometimes? Typically, your data will be recalculated if you manually log an activity as the manually logged activity takes precedence over the data you tracked while wearing your tracker at that point in time. For example, if I am wearing my tracker and walking and I burned 150 calories, then I go to the computer and manually log an activity that starts and ends at that point in time for say 1 hour, Fitbit will calculate how many calories I burned and it may bring my calorie count to something below 150. To clarify, activities should only be manually logged when you forget to wear your Fitbit.

Last but not least, you remembered to me a similar situation I had in the past. I manually logged an activity but I entered the wrong time period for that activity so everything was a messed, because instead of entering 4 hours I put 40 lol, so you can imagine that.

So, in order for both of us to figure out where the issue is coming from, would you like to post me your Activity History (click here to go there). See my activity history below (I'm posting the picture I want from you):

Looking forward to you reply.

I am having a similar issue with my Charge 3. Charge tracks the minutes, but won't sync them with the app. After manually entering the minutes, they are gone the next day. I work out every day except weekends and it will only randomly track my minutes. I've tried restarting my Charge several times.

Up until yesterday, my Fitbit was syncing all my information.

Today, it gave me zero time for 15000 steps and less than half the calories by comparison to every other day I have had it.

I noticed that it was giving me less and less minutes. It also began saying “not syncing” at the top when it is syncing. I have the settings set to all-day syncing.

I have been trouble shooting every which way. I can think of. To no avail.
