I've only had my Charge 3 for a week so hoping this is user error! I can't get my Active Minutes to register. Today for example I went on my daily walk, got back home and had 54 active minutes. My Charge 3 has just re synced and they have gone again! This is happening every day.
I tried a restart this morning but that obviously hasn't fixed it. Is it because I am linked to Strava? I tried to unlink but it seems to have reconnected.
Any ideas? Thanks

I am sorry for the delay in response and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this active minutes issue. Are you manually logging any type of activity that might be taking away this information? In the meantime, you can check the article: What are Active Zone Minutes or active minutes on my Fitbit device?.
